1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between the bvk8 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By using any service provided through bvk8's website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

Key Definitions

• "Platform" — bvk8's website and all associated services.
• "Account" — A member's registered personal profile.
• "Funds" — Real money deposited into the account and bonus balance.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit or reward granted by bvk8.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — Placing a bet on the outcome of a game or event.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, bvk8's interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on the bvk8 platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must provide accurate and truthful identity information.
• Each person may open only one account.
• Information provided at the time of account opening must be complete and up to date.
• Opening an account on behalf of a corporate entity or third party is prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bvk8 may request documents for identity verification at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, or birth registration certificate. Failure to provide documents may result in withdrawal being placed on hold.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. The following policies are mandatory:

• Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone.
• Sharing account login details with a third party is prohibited.
• Change your password after logging in from an unfamiliar device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify bvk8 support immediately.

The account holder is solely responsible for all activity carried out through their account. bvk8 will not be liable for unauthorized access unless it is proven to have been caused by bvk8's own fault.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

bvk8 supports Bangladesh's major payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 for all methods
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours

Rejected Transactions

Deposit or withdrawal requests may be rejected in the following cases:

• Identity verification is incomplete
• Attempting a transaction from a third-party account
• Signs of suspicious or fraudulent activity are found
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members at bvk8 will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. The bonus amount must meet a 15x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.

Bonus Terms

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
• Each promotion may apply wagering to specific games or categories.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• bvk8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

VIP Program

bvk8's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Cashback benefits are provided as bonuses and the same bonus terms apply.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The bvk8 platform offers sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and a variety of other entertainment services. The following general rules apply to all types of games:

• Verify all details before confirming each bet.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled except in exceptional cases.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, bvk8 will review the situation and make a decision.
• If a fault is found in the game provider's software, the relevant round may be voided.

Sports Betting

bvk8 offers betting on cricket (T20, IPL, BPL, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Bet results are confirmed from primary sources. In the case of disputed results, bvk8's decision is final.

Live Gaming

Live casino games are operated through world-class providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed in the game lobby.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the bvk8 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Abusing the bonus system — for example, multiple members of the same household claiming bonuses from the same device or IP address.
• Making deposits using a third party's funds.
• Using any software, bot, or automated technology to play games.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other members.
• Harassing or insulting bvk8 staff.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by bvk8

bvk8 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Closure at the Member's Own Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed, unless a forfeiture decision has been made due to prohibited activity.

9 Limitation of Liability

bvk8 will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection or a problem with the user's device.
• Due to a fault with a third-party software provider.
• Due to an unexpected technical failure or cyber attack.
• If the service is shut down by order of a government or regulatory authority.

However, bvk8 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of technical security and service at all times. Should any issue arise, the support team is available 24/7 to assist.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

bvk8 makes the protection of your personal information its top priority. All data is secured with SSL encryption. We do not sell your information to third parties.

13 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between bvk8 and a member, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion.

Complaint Process

1. Submit a complaint to the support team.
2. bvk8 will review the complaint and respond.
3. If either party is not satisfied, an escalation for higher review can be requested.

If you have an objection to any decision made by bvk8, it must be submitted in writing along with relevant evidence. Every complaint will be judged fairly and impartially.
